About Play Baltimore

Play Baltimore, LLC is an adult sports leagues, social events and volunteer activities all over the Baltimore-DC area. We target 21-40 year old professionals in the Baltimore-DC area. Play Baltimore currently has a few thousand members and is growing dramatically through our various events.

Our Members

The participants of Play Baltimore are young, professional, social, athletic, men and women ages 21-40 living in the Baltimore-DC  & Southern PA areas.  About two thirds of our members are single and college educated, most have no children and earn an above average income for their age bracket.

Our business is unique, and so is yours.  Below are listed some of the sponsorship opportunities that we have available.  Depending on your wants and needs, we can work together to develop a sponsorship program that meets your budget and your goals.

Website Sponsorship Opportunities

1. Advertisement Graphic at the Top of Every Page of Our Entire Website

This is the opportunity that gives your company the most exposure and is available to only a few advertisers due to space constraints. Our website is designed in order to display 100x100 pixel images on EVERY page, so that when members or surfers are browsing our site, they will be repeatedly exposed to your logo and your message. Plus you will still have a listing on our Sponsors Page!

2. Our Sponsors Page Advertisement

This sponsorship opportunity allows a company to be featured on our website as one of Play Baltimore’s exclusive sponsors. We have created our own web page to promote the companies that sponsor Play Baltimore. We offer our thanks on the web page to our sponsors and we ask our members to take a look at our sponsors’ business if they are in the market for their particular products. We include the company’s logo and a paragraph promoting the business that the sponsor provides.

3. Email Newsletter Exposure

When you advertise on our website, whether you are on every page or just the sponsors page, we will also rotate your logo and/or company information at the very top of our email campaigns, allowing your business to receive direct face time with thousands of Baltimore area young professionals.  Plus, these emails are continually pushing new and repeat traffic to the Play Baltimore website.

League Sponsor

This is one of the most direct ways to get your name out in the Baltimore area. Your company name and logo will appear in two distinct places plus and option to be included on our discount card for a reduced rate.

•         We will include your logo (up to 8.5 x 11 inches) on the back of every tee shirt in a Play Baltimore league. Our members wear the Play Baltimore shirts everywhere (gyms, clubs, bars, stores, etc.), so you can be sure you will gain a ton of valuable exposure! Since our members our encouraged to either wear their shirts or use our club card for valuable discounts, you can be sure to get lots of publicity.
•     On the website when people are signing up for the league, the web page will read, "Coed Softball League (e.g.) Sponsored by Your Company" (The earlier you commit to the sponsorship, the longer your company name is up on the website!)

Activity Sponsor

Play Baltimore members are active and are always looking for fun activities to participate in with their free time.  Whether theme parties, ski trips, white water rafting, or wine tasting, our members are always on the go.   As a sponsor of one of these activities, you can be sure that you will be associated with some of the best social events of the year in Baltimore. Direct benefits including having your company being the presenting sponsor (i.e. “Play Baltimore’s New Years Eve Party Presented by Your Company!”) and logo placement on all printed and web material. Party sponsors will also receive free email newsletter advertisements!

Exclusive Category Sponsor

Exclusive category sponsorships are the best way to ensure your company is getting maximum exposure with our clientele. Essentially, this type of sponsorship means that your company will be the ONLY company in your industry that will be our sponsor.
